Swindon Property is pleased to announce that Marcus te Vaarwerk has taken up the National Head of Brokering role.
Marcus, currently a director based in the Cape Town office, has been a pivotal member of the Swindon team since 2009. With an architectural background and degree, combined with over 15 years' experience concluding some of the most significant transactions in the industry he has earned the respect of his peers in the industry and across the Swindon offices. This new role aims to assist Swindon brokers with an additional point of contact to help guide, support, and drive deal flow across our branches.
