This unit is the combination of the 1.5 open plan floor plates available in the freshly revamped Landmark 91.
These units are located on floors 1-4 of the old textile building. These offer great natural light, access via goods lift and hoist and offer a highly secure warehousing / manufacturing or fabrication solution.
There is an operations costs of R10 / sqm ex vat over and above the rental.
Each of these floor plates has 2 dedicated DB offering 100amps 3 phase each (totalling 200amp per floor). This size configuration would provide 300 Amps total.
The size can be split and combined in increments of approx 500sqm
