The facility is split into two areas. The first has 2300 drive-in rack locations and 210 open floor locations for block-stacking so, depending on how you stack your product in the blocks, it can hold between 2500 to 3000 pallets. It has a receiving and dispatch area with 5 loading bays.

The second room has 1875 mobile racking locations, and its own receiving and dispatch area with 2 loading bays and small offices. The areas can be operated completely independently or together, as they are joined by a door between the two freezers. The freezer rooms run at -18C and each freezer room is cooled by 2 independent banks of Freon compressors. Each of the receiving and dispatch areas also has its own dehumidifier. The entire facility is controlled and monitored through a Danfoss system, with HACCP probes inside the freezers.
