38 Mahogany Road is an A-Grade DC located in Mahogany Ridge. The facility is situated on a large plot of 18,000 m2, allowing for the articulation of interlinks and similar needs. It also provides ample storage space, with the eaves reaching a height of 15.5 m. The facility's racking is equipped with in-rack sprinklers; confirmation regarding its retention will be provided shortly.
The current layout includes secure parking at the front of the facility, a driveway with docking on the side, and a spacious yard at the rear featuring 10 dock levelers.
