Swindon Property is recruiting for a select Commercial & Industrial Property Broker to join our well established, dynamic and specialist brokerage team. This position offers a lucrative commission package. We have taken the time to develop a comprehensive onboarding & training program to ensure a smooth transition onto the team.
This highly entrepreneurial role within our brokerage division will include engaging with high net-worth clients, offering them a comprehensive compilation of property services, while upholding the company's core values.

The role requires an excellent understanding of the property industry, a reputable and proven sales track record, together with a drive to grow and develop a career within the Commercial & Industrial property sector.
An understanding of database and lead management with the added skill and ability to translate clients' needs into closing deals and maximising business deliverables will ensure success in this amazing opportunity!
Competency in the areas below is critical:
- Engagement with tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers to leverage and secure deals.
- Manage and build up a qualified database and become a specialist in your area.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients.
- Negotiate and conclude commercial property sales and leases.
- Generate leads through Swindon's marketing platforms.
- Canvassing of tenants and property owners.
- Attend events and network for referrals.
- Preferred requirements:
Complementary Tertiary qualification:(BCom, B.Arch, LLB, B.Acc)
3-5 years property or relevant sales related experience.
A proven, successful track record:
Competency with MS Office.
Own transport, mobile phone and laptop is necessary.
Areas of Operation:
- In Gauteng- knowledge of and willingness to work in: Cresta, Northcliff, Fairland, Weltevreden Park, Roodepoort.
- In KwaZulu-Natal - knowledge of and willingness to work in the CBD or Pietermaritzburg would be beneficial as well as fluency in English and Zulu.
What your first Month will look like:
- Onboarding and induction to Swindon
- Undertake our comprehensive Broker training program
- Become familiar with our different divisions
- Begin canvassing and uploading your own listings
